In 2017 Northern Mines LLC became a member of Intergovernmental Russian-Ugandan Commission for scientific-technical and trade and economical development. Mr Andrey Rashin has led Subcommission for mineral resources. Within the frame of preparation for the meeting of co-chairman of Intergovernmental Commission Honorable Minister of Energy and Mineral Development of Uganda Irene Muloni has visited Russia under invitation of Northern Mines LLC. The Presentation «Mineral Resources of the Republic of Uganda. Opportunities and prospects for investing» has been held at Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation under participation of Honorable Irene Muloni. The same Presentation was arranged at Ministry of Mineral Resources of the Magadan Region. Representatives of major mining companies of the Russian Federation, authorities and other concerned persons have attended the events.
During the period from 15th to 17th of October there will be the co-chairman meeting of Intergovernmental Russian-Ugandan Commission in Kampala (Uganda), where will be intended principals of mutual interaction.
